In Event Of Change, Money & Notoriety is an experimental AI video with a narrative about influencer culture, burnout, and how we are constantly creating and discarding monsters.
Creating this involved weekend experiments, rehearsals, AI tests, loads of GFX and VFX and timepass , asking tons of questions, making loads of mistakes. We wanted to ensure we created each frame before running it through AI so as to be as ethical as possible with its use as a tool to ELEVATE the film and not just GENERATE - and to avoid co-opting any artist's work to the best of our ability. It's thanks to this technology that we were able to convert the smoking area at a bar into a steam punk laboratory, and a rapper into a goddamn Igor.
